Training: Run

Thurs: 4.5 mi @ 5.95 mph. Use this great app for the iPhone: RunKeeper. Maps your path and logs your prog and pace. Works great. Also did 20 hanging crunches.

  1. Well begun is job half done. Don't forget we are standing on the route with glass of water to encourage you.
    This is how I started my marshal arts classes and it has acted as an antidote during the days of my depression.
    I suggest joining a group to run with so that it becomes a more interactive.
